CYNTHIA RYANEN
Principal and Owner
Cynthia Ryanen is Principal & Owner of Role Player Services (RPS). RPS provides professional actors, who employ drama-based techniques, to play out scenarios that mirror everyday situations in the workplace.
She has developed role plays and learning workshops that aid businesses and top executives as they work to improve organizational culture and productivity. Ms. Ryanen’s specialties include subject matter knowledge, practices and policies, communication of organizational ideas, presentation skills, and interpreting and comprehending group dynamics.
MO O'HARA
Principal and Co Owner
Mo O'Hara is Principal & Co-Owner of Role Player Services, a dynamic and effective training firm helping executives and Fortune 100 companies to entrepreneurial start-ups. She trains business owners, senior executives and front office staff improve organizational culture and productivity through strategic planning, workshop training, consulting, organization and product analysis and role play services.
Her background in marketing, project management and sales deepens her knowledge of the workplace challenges presented by operating systems and business hierarchies across multiple industries.
PATRICK GWALTNEY
Principal and Sales
Patrick is Principal & Sales Director of Role Player Services, a dynamic and effective training firm. He is our primary contact for new business and introduces our firm to HR and executive search companies interested in improved organizational culture and productivity, workshop training, consulting, and role play services.
His background as an Artistic Director and founding board member in a
nonprofit organization as well as his 25 years of experience in corporate leadership and development training, prepared him for his current role as a primary Facilitator for RPS sessions, where he selects our Role Player Cast for every engagement, as well as prepare and coach them for each industry-specific engagement .
NEDA MAE ARMSTRONG
Facilitator
Neda is an alum of Gonzaga University's Communication and Leadership program. Her career encompasses both the public and private sectors: she has taught at community colleges in Southern California, worked in the Community Services Department of a municipality, and participated as a role player and facilitator for large and small scale projects on behalf of RPS.
